Deborah has a passion for working with entrepreneurs. After 20 years in "Corporate America", she took her diversified management skills and turned towards small business. Deborah started her own tax consulting business in 1989 while continuing to work with successful business owners on both senior management positions and as an independent consultant.

She is an Enrolled Agent preparing taxes for individuals, corporations and partnerships. Deborah can represent her clients in tax matters dealing with the IRS, Franchise Tax Board, Board of Equalization and EDD. Combining her personal experience as a business owner with her extensive tax and financial knowledge, Deborah brings a "real world" approach in dealing with her clients. She is also a Quickbooks ProAdivor able to assist individuals and companies with solutions and advise when using Quickbooks
